We\u2019re surrounded by language about healing, connection, and being \u201cin tune\u201d – with ourselves, with nature, with something bigger. And yet much of it can feel abstract, performative, or strangely disconnected from our lived experience.<\/p>\n

So what does it mean to actually feel something?<\/p>\n

This panel explores embodiment, ecology, and the idea that the self isn\u2019t separate from the world, but shaped through relationship – to our bodies, to each other, and to the environments we\u2019re part of.<\/p>\n
