In this practical and thought-provoking session, Patrick shares the story of Street Goat, a Bristol-based community food project he co-founded in 2015. Street Goat brings people together to collectively manage and care for livestock in urban areas, producing milk and meat while reconnecting people with the realities of food and farming.<\/p>\n
We\u2019ll explore how the project turned unused urban land into a working goat dairy and grazing project, how the collective model works in practice, and what it means for ordinary people to become part-time farmers in the city.<\/p>\n
