You’ll learn:

\n\u2022\tHow to combine twerking with other dance styles
\n\u2022\tConfidence-boosting exercises
\n\u2022\tA fun, short choreography to show off your new skills<\/p>\n

No experience needed \u2013 just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to have fun!<\/p>\n

With over 20 years of dance experience, Tia has immersed herself in a variety of styles including street dance, hip hop, commercial, cheerleading, contemporary, freestyle disco dance and heels. She spent 5 years as a choreographer and dancer for Afrobeats artists in London providing creative direction for stage shows, music videos, and experiential concepts. She also captained a diverse dance troupe focused on breaking down body image stigmas in professional dance.<\/p>\n

As a half-Jamaican dancer, Tia feels it\u2019s important to share this aspect of Caribbean culture. She believes in the transformative power of dance to connect body, mind, breath, and heart. Whether you’re dancing solo or in a group, it’s a freeing and cathartic experience that brings joy to people of all ages and experience levels<\/p>\n
