Through talking, listening, reflection, imagination, and shared practice, we\u2019ll move through the four stages of the spiral: rooting into gratitude, honouring our pain, seeing with new and ancient eyes, and going forth.<\/p>\n<p>Rooted in the day\u2019s theme of Stronger Together, this workshop invites us to cultivate compassion, courage, connection, creativity, and hope \u2014 not as vague optimism, but as something we practise together.<\/p>\n<p>Previous participants have described the experience as revitalising, grounding, connected, profound, energising, hopeful, grateful, and inspiring.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-process workshop rather than a drop-in session.
