In this guided somatic movement workshop, we\u2019ll explore the ecology of trees through embodied practice, imagination, and gentle improvisation. Using the body as a way into connection, participants will be invited to move through the different parts of a tree – roots, bark, branches, leaves – discovering how forests breathe, support, communicate, and sustain life.<\/p>\n
Through guided movement, body awareness and sensory exploration, this session offers a felt experience of our relationship with the living world. Along the way, we\u2019ll weave in reflections on the ecological importance of trees and the vital role forests play in sustaining life on earth.<\/p>\n
