Focusing on nurturing underrepresented voices, we create pathways into the creative industries for young people whose talent has too often been overlooked. Through long-term investment, residency\u2019s, paid opportunities, commissions, mentorship and direct industry access – we equip emerging artists, producers and entrepreneurs with the skills, networks and confidence to lead.<\/p>\n

Community Routes is an exciting new GrassRoots programme packed with workshops, mentorship and a residency dedicated to equip the next generation of young creative professionals in the West Midlands with the skills & support that they need to thrive in the Creative Industries, across five key areas – Vocal Performance, Digital Arts, Radio + Broadcasting, Photography and DJ.<\/p>\n
