What started as a course for nine women to learn the art of DJing has exploded into a powerhouse of talent pushing against gender imbalance in the local scene.<\/p>\n<p>Rooted in community, driven by basslines and built on sisterhood, MiXXlab represents a new wave of selectors with diverse sounds, styles and stories. From underground parties to festival takeovers at Stowaway and Shambala, they&#8217;re already shaking up dancefloors across the region &#8211; and they\u2019re only just getting started.<\/p>\n<p>Moya-el is a UK-based DJ known for weaving deep bass, tribal percussion, and global sounds into hypnotic, groove-led sets.
