CALLING ALL INSTALMENT TICKET HOLDERS!

DON’T FORGET: YOUR NEXT INSTALMENT PAYMENT IS DUE 1ST FEBRUARY!

If you’ve booked a Shambala 2023 Instalment ticket type, so you can pay off your ticket in more manageable chunks over the course of the year, please read the following very carefully!

You must ensure you have the funds in your bank account from midnight on Tuesday 31st January onwards, to ensure this payment does not bounce – or you may lose your ticket.

🌟 The payment will be taken using the card details you used to book the ticket initially – if you need to change this to another card, look out for an email from the Ticket Sellers with instructions on how to do this.

🌟 Please add robot@theticketsellers.co.uk to your safe senders list to make sure this does not end up in your spam folders (along with any future emails), as neither ourselves or the Ticket Sellers are able to take responsibility for missed communications due to individual spam settings.

🌟 After the payment is attempted on 1st February, it could take up to four days for you to get an automated email confirming whether the payment was successful or unsuccessful – it is important you look out for this so you can take the necessary action and ensure you don’t lose your ticket if payment is declined for any reason!

🌟 If a payment is declined you will be sent an email alerting you and you will then have until 48 hours before the next payment is due to make the missed payment manually. Unfortunately if you are unable to do this your tickets will be invalid and all payments up to that point will be lost. 

🌟 Further instalment payments will be taken on 5th April and 7th June, all of the above applies to those payments too.
