If you don’t already have the app, search SHAMBALA on the app store and look for our logo (not to be confused with the app for ShambHala festival with an extra ‘H’, over in Canada’)
If you do already have the app, you’ll have an update ready now, to access the 2024 version – so check for updates!
Important: You MUST update the app before you get to site, for it to work offline – please do this at home, on your wifi.
What the Shambala app can do…
- The Shambala app contains the full listings for the weekend – search by venue, by entertainment type, or check the clashfinder view. Hit ‘heart’ on the acts, workshops and happenings you don’t want to miss, and the app will remind you 15 mins before they start.
- You can also peruse our 2024 food trader menus, and find out more about our non-food traders.
- There’s a NEWS section where we’ll post all important updates – and send you notifications about anything super urgent.
- There’s a nifty map to help you find your way around (you can even drop a pin where your tent/car is)
- The ‘Sounds of Shambala’ section is packed with exclusive mixes from wicked Shambala artists, as well as every episode to date of the Shambala Speaks podcast.
- The ‘People’s Gallery’ is a place to upload your photos – from Shambala memories, to your costume creations, your own artwork or poetry – whatever you want to share with your fellow Shambalans!
- The ‘Community Events’ section is a shared calendar where you can upload gigs, happenings, get-togethers – basically whatever you’re up to in the ‘real world’ that you reckon the Shambala audience would be interested in getting involved in.
Unlike most off-the-shelf festival apps, our app is anonymous to use and doesn’t suck up all your data and sell it on… so that’s also nice.
As ever, a HUGE thank you to the Nickless brothers at BOMA Digital for developing our app – absolute legends and bonafide geniuses.
