Please upload all relevant H&S documentation below. We expect that you understand which documentation is required - we cannot provide an exhaustive list of all documents required for all activities and services here - however we would expect that you provide any or all of the following that relate to your business or activity:

Public liability insurance, employers liability insurance, method statements for working practices, technical drawings and wind shear calcs for marquees, risk assessments.

Our H&S adviser will check all documents and be back in touch with any issues.

Shambala is one the Europe's leading sustainable events, and we are proud to work with so many responsible companies who also consider their environmental impacts. We now have minimum standards in place for all suppliers, that include:

• A company environmental policy
• Providing delivery information to enable traffic management and calculating travel carbon footprints
• Balancing travel emissions for your Shambala related travel (as part of this process)

Complete the Travel Carbon Calculator to record your expected journeys to site and back, so that we can record the emissions associated with the festival. As a festival we balance more than 100% of our emissions. We expect you to make a [small] payment to balance your emissions - 100% of payments are invested into renewable energy projects with our partner Ecolibrium.
