Just a heads up to anybody who wishes to join us for our big, belated birthday bash this August bank holiday but is yet to book their spot..
All remaining instalment ticket types will come off sale at midnight on Monday 31st January.
The only instalment ticket types we have remaining at this point are Coach and Cycle packages. After the deadline, these will be turned into regular (non instalment) Coach and Cycling packages. As ever, by booking a Coach or Cycling package, you commit to arriving by coach or as part of a Red Fox guided bike ride for your tickets to be valid for entry.
If you’d prefer to spread the cost of your ticket over a couple of months, rather than paying it all up front, make sure you bag one of the last Coach or Cyclist Instalment ticket types before they come off sale – click here to book.
Instalment ticket payment information and top tips:
- By booking one of the remaining Coach or Cyclist instalment tickets, an initial down payment of £57.70 is required that includes all booking fees. Further payments will subsequently be taken on the 2nd Feb, 6th April and 1st of June 2022 – after which, you’re all paid up and ready to party.
- The above payments are automated, and will be taken from the card you used to book your ticket. With this in mind, if you lose or replace your card, you MUST update these details in your Ticket Sellers account.
- If there are insufficient funds in your nominated account when payment is attempted and your payment is declined, this counts as a default on the terms of the instalment tickets, which means future payments will not be attempted and the payment plan is automatically and permanently voided. Neither ourselves nor The Ticket Sellers have the power to reinstate this once it has happened. However, The Ticket Sellers will then send you a link to pay the full remaining balance of your ticket within 14 days, to ensure you don’t lose your tickets. If you don’t pay off your remaining balance within this 14 day period, your ticket (and all previous payments) will be lost – so please make sure you do!
- We will email you a reminder one week before any upcoming payments. Please make sure you add both noreply@shambalafestival.org and robot@theticketsellers.co.uk to your safe senders list, as we can’t be held responsible if our reminders get stuck in your spam and you don’t see ’em in time!
