The film tells the story of an eclectic group of scholars, artists and seekers as they gather at a farmhouse in Vermont to explore non-ordinary states using breath alone. Directed by Mustapha Khan, the film offers an intimate window into a practice shaped not only by altered experience, but by care, trust, and the power of community. The film’s own tagline says it best: “Breathe until you’re surprised.”

Following the screening, we will be joined for a Q&A by director Mustapha Khan, alongside Elizabeth and Lenny Gibson, founders of Dreamshadow Transpersonal Breathwork. Elizabeth has been facilitating Holotropic Breathwork workshops since 1994 and works across personal development, writing and environmental practice; together, she and Lenny have spent more than 30 years holding breathwork workshops and building the Dreamshadow community that sits at the heart of the film.
