Partner Yoga Workshop with Carrie Brassley
For friends, strangers, lovers… (ie everyone!)
Partner yoga can bring the same beautiful inner calm of a yoga practice, but the poses are practiced in connection between two (or more) people. Helping to bring a sense of oneness and reciprocal support through physical touch and loving awareness.
In this workshop we will play, make shapes and guide each other supportively into poses. We will explore moving in tune with each other, often non verbally, experimenting with leading and following intuitive movements to further ground ourselves in our own embodied experience.
