GABBY GUNN is a London based DJ and producer whose sound sits at the intersection of acid, breaks and techno.
Driven by a lifelong obsession with sound and live instrumentation, she brings a craft-first approach built for club culture — not algorithms — her skills on and off the decks speak for themselves.
Behind the decks or in the studio, Gabby treats DJing and production as two sides of the same discipline. Her sets are built with intent: weighty low-end, tight control of tension and release, and carefully timed shifts from aggression into moments of euphoria — always working with the crowd to shape the room and the raver experience.
Her productions follow the same principles, engineered for real systems and real spaces, with breaks and percussion that feel alive and constantly in motion. With years committed to honing her craft, she understands the rules but more importantly has the confidence to break them.
Comfortable in intimate clubs and on large festival stages (such as Glastonbury, Boomtown, Secret Garden Party and Snowboxx) her sets are defined by an instinctive ability to read and move a dancefloor.
With her debut release on Scuffed Recordings and forthcoming on NRG CRU, GABBY GUNN represents a new wave of electronic artists who lets the work speak first: focused, uncompromising, and deeply connected to the energy in the room.
Her artistry has earned industry support from Arts Council England through a Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP) award, to being showcased by Pioneer at Amsterdam Dance Event and IMS Ibiza, as well as being selected for BBC Introducing at Creamfields. Her music has already been featured in Boiler Room sets, with a host of support from DJs including Jaguar, Chloe Robinson, Jamz Supernova, Manami and Human Movement alongside airplay across BBC Radio 1 Dance shows, Rinse FM and SWU FM.
