The enduring energy and rhythm of The Selecter prove that 2-Tone is still as relevant and important as it was 40 years ago.

A heady mix of ska and punk born out of Coventry in the 70s and 80s, 2-Tone symbolises the blending of Jamaican and British culture. Led by their iconic Queen of Ska, Pauline Black, one of very few women in the 2-Tone scene, The Selecter celebrated the 45th anniversary of their debut album Too Much Pressure in 2025.

The anarchic passion that fuelled Selecter gigs during the original 2-Tone era is still there as they continue to perform at festivals and venues around the world.

From new original tracks to hits including “Three Minute Hero,” “Missing Words,” “Too Much Pressure” and “On My Radio”, The Selecter are masters in urgent, politically engaged and purely uplifting ska-fuelled songs that will have you skanking away.
