The self-improvement world often sells us the idea that we are unfinished projects — that if we do enough healing, enough courses, enough work on ourselves, we’ll eventually arrive at the version of us that finally feels whole.

Many of us have spent years inside that loop.

This workshop is for anyone beginning to question whether the constant search for transformation has quietly become exhausting. What happens when healing becomes another form of striving? What happens when you stop chasing the next breakthrough and start listening to what’s already here?

Together we’ll explore the pressure to optimise, evolve and endlessly “work on ourselves,” and what it might mean to step outside that cycle — even briefly — and meet ourselves with a little more compassion.

Expect honest reflection, gentle interaction, and a space that values slowness over performance. There’s no expectation to share anything you don’t want to. Come as you are.
