Sophie creates bespoke alternative limbs for amputees, working at the intersection of wearable art, design, and performance. Their work is exhibited internationally and forms the basis of talks delivered worldwide, sharing insights into practice, process, and the broader themes of identity, embodiment, and accessibility.

At the festival, the work will be presented in a micro-gallery style installation, offering visitors an intimate view of the pieces. Alongside this, a free daily talk will be offered, exploring the background and ethos behind the work and its place within contemporary art and design.

In addition, the artist will run an open casting booth workshop where participants can have fingers, lips, or nipples cast using alginate and plaster. Materials are used thoughtfully and sparingly, with moulds created to minimise waste. The finished casts can be transformed into necklaces, brooches, or magnets, with a range of finishes available for further customisation.

Participants may take their pieces home as keepsakes or gifts, presented in a carefully packaged box with tissue and card.

Pricing is structured as follows: £25 (as cast), £30 (with attachments), and £35 (with attachments and customised finishes).
