Maybe you’ve spent years wondering why life feels harder for you than it seems to for other people. Maybe you keep searching for the next thing that might finally help you become who you’re supposed to be.

This workshop is for people who are neurodivergent — or beginning to suspect they might be — and wondering whether part of what they’ve been trying to “heal” is actually the way they’re wired.

Together, we’ll explore what becomes possible when you stop trying to force yourself into someone else’s version of normal and begin relating to yourself with more honesty, understanding, and acceptance.

This is a gentle, grounded and interactive session with invitations to reflect throughout. There’s no pressure to share, perform, or participate in any particular way. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
