Gentle Yin postures allow you to melt tension and stress away with the longer held poses, combined with targeted breathing practices to help you quieten the mind and connect with your body. Each session will conclude with guided meditation where you will be transported into a state of profound deep relaxation, or yogic sleep. All are welcome to attend, simply bring yourself and an open mind.
