Stress affects all of us differently. Sometimes we become anxious, overwhelmed or reactive. Other times we shut down, disconnect, or struggle to cope at all. This workshop explores the idea of the Window of Tolerance — a simple but powerful framework for understanding how our nervous systems respond under pressure.
Together we’ll explore how to recognise when you’re feeling grounded and present, versus when stress or overwhelm pushes you beyond your capacity. Through gentle, practical exercises, you’ll learn ways to regulate your nervous system, respond rather than react, and build a kinder relationship with yourself when things feel difficult.
The session will include grounding practices, mindfulness, self-compassion tools, and reflection on personal triggers, limits, and patterns. Rather than trying to “fix” yourself, this workshop invites a deeper understanding of how your system works — and what helps you feel safer, steadier, and more connected to yourself.
