The first round of applications to get involved and leave your creative mark on Shambala 2026 is now open! Here’s what we’re looking for…

Live Bands & Musicians:

We’re looking for talented, fresh and diverse artists from all genres to take to the stage in 2026!

We specifically welcome applications from underrepresented communities and minorities. With this in mind we will be actively seeking to programme diverse groups with a mix of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, education, national origin and race.

Unfortunately, we currently don’t have the capacity to accept applications for DJs.

Micro Venues, Art Installations & Site Décor:

Bring your weirdest and wildest ideas to life at Shambala 2026 and let’s co-create some magic.

We’re throwing open the gates to your imagination – calling all artists, dreamers, builders, makers, mischief-makers and party alchemists to pitch your creative ideas for Shambala 2026. We’re on the lookout for bold, beautiful, bizarre and brilliant creative proposals: think big (or beautifully small), think inclusive, and think Shambala: sustainability, creativity and participation, and celebration at its heart.

We’re especially keen on ideas that create connection and play; and transform spaces and spark curiosity.

We’re looking for:

  • Micro venues: from intimate hideaways, to hidden pop-up parties and hands-on creative workshop utopias
  • Art installations, sculptures & site décor: immersive, interactive, inspiring

Sumbit your creative proposal here!

Enchanted Woods Creative Projects:

We are looking for beautiful and unique installations to light up Shambala’s Enchanted Woods, as well as curiosities that will delight, amaze and entertain our festival goers.

Our Enchanted Woods team are particularly keen to support new and emerging artists in these areas.

While there are no hard and fast rules to Enchanted Woods art, installations that have worked well in the past have been accessible, weatherproof, interactive and multisensory, sustainable or recycled and suitable for day and night.

Submit your installation idea here!

More opportunities coming soon:

There are a zillion other ways to be part of Shambala, so keep an eye on our Get Involved page over the next couple of months as we extend applications out to traders, volunteers, workshop leaders, therapists and more!

Big love x
