Now then! Our 2027 tickets launch on Wednesday next week (30th September!) at 12pm… unless you sign up for our presale, in which case you’ll get access a few hours earlier.

This year, things are a little different, as we have a new ticket provider – Kaboodle. We’d strongly recommend reading through the below, to familiarise yourself in advance with what’s changed.

HOW IT WILL WORK

  • We’ll send you a link to the ticket page, the day before launch, so you can bookmark it. We’ll also post it on our socials, and host it on our website, once we go live. The page will display a countdown and once the clock ticks onto 12pm, it will go live.
  • You’ll have 20 minutes to complete your order, before it times out.
  • No need to make an account in advance, it will prompt you to do so at the end of the process (though if you’ve bought with Kaboodle before and have an account already, double check you’ve got your password to hand, so you don’t have a frantic forgotten password flap, on the day).
  • Adult tickets will be available tier by tier. Once one tier has sold out, the next will appear. Be aware that a tier could say ‘sold out’ and then reappear later on, if someone has it in their basket and then doesn’t complete the checkout. 
  • Your order will have a £25 recycling deposit added (regardless of how many adult tickets you buy). This is a refundable deposit that can be reclaimed by visiting the Recycling Exchanges on site, with your waste.
  • This year we’re launching pre-pitched camping options alongside our festival tickets – keep reading for more on that.
  • Tickets for Shambala 2027 are nonrefundable, but Kaboodle offer optional ticket protection through TicketPlan, to cover you in the event of illness, accident, travel delays or other specified incidents – you’ll be asked if you want to add that, during the booking process. You can read more about that here.
  • Kaboodle offer a secure official resale platform which will only become active in the event of adult tickets selling out. 

MANAGE YOUR BOOKING IN YOUR ACCOUNT

Once you’ve made your initial booking, if you want to add anything extra to your order, manage your payment plan, change your card details or double check what you’ve ordered, you’ll be able to do so, by logging into your Kaboodle account.

Adding any extras via your Kaboodle account portal (rather than by starting a whole new order via the main ticket page) means you won’t have to pay a recycling bond twice!

Kaboodle also has a brilliant customer service team who will be able to help you out with any queries about your booking.

ADULT TICKET TYPES & PRICES

Adult Weekend – starting from £259 for Tier 1 (from £25.80 per month on payment plan). There are four tiers of this ticket type – the only difference is price – the earlier you book, the less you pay. Tier 2 will be priced at £274, Tier 3 at £289 and Tier 4 at £299. 

Adult Weekend Green Traveller – £259 (from £25.80 per month on payment plan) – this ticket type can only be booked in conjunction with a coach, shuttle bus or Red Fox cycling tour from London. You must arrive by this mode of transport for your ticket to be valid for entry. 

Young Adult Weekend (18-25 years) – starting from £199 (£19.80 per month on payment plan). There are 3 tiers of this ticket type the earlier you book, the less you pay, and subsequent tiers will appear once lower tiers sell out. You may be asked to verify your age with ID on the gate.

Elders Weekend Ticket (70+ year) – £259 (£25.80 per month on payment plan). You may be asked to prove your age on the gate, if you look particularly youthful!

All tickets are subject to booking fees. 

BOOK ACCOMMODATION ALONGSIDE YOUR TICKETS

For the first time, this year we’re launching our pre-pitched camping options, within our own ticket page, from the outset. This means you can book your accommodation straight off the bat – and, best of all, you can add it to your payment plan, so you don’t have to pay it all up front. 

You’ll be able to choose from Hearthworks Tipis & Yurts, Fred’s Yurts, Hooe’s Yurts, Umami Bell Tents or Vintents (1970s canvas tents). To book any of our pre-pitched accommodation, you’ll need to book a Dragonfly Camping wristband – more on that below!

DRAGONFLY CAMPING FIELDS

Our Dragonfly Camping Fields are for those that want more comfort and convenience. This is where you’ll find our pre-pitched accommodation but you’re also able to pitch your own tents here – to do so, you need to buy one Dragonfly wristband per adult. Wristbands cost £55 and include up to 3 x under 18s per adult wristband. 

Dragonfly campers get to enjoy:

  • Lovely hot showers
  • A pamper parlour with mirrors, hair dryers, straighteners etc
  • Lovely loos (still compost, naturally, but the bougiest compost loos your bum will ever encounter)
  • Camp lounge with WiFi zone, breakfast stall and coffee trader
  • A spacious campsite
  • A cosy communal campfire 
  • A dedicated car park, a short walk to the field (you’ll need to book a Dragonfly car pass, you’ll be able to find these under our vehicle passes section on the ticket page)
