As astronauts travel outward to explore space, Somanauts turn inward – exploring the intricate, living universe of the body.

In this 90-minute practice, we journey through the natural rhythms of the nervous system, moving from grounding, through awakening, into aliveness and whole-system integration.

Through somatic practices, Yoga, breath exploration, mindful inquiry and experiential meditation, you’ll be invited to honour your body as a sacred space and a place of belonging in this life. These resources support you in attuning to the quieter layers of your inner landscape and in recognising the body’s innate intelligence.
Restoring the nervous system is a process that requires radical authenticity, honest listening and discernment. These qualities help us meet ourselves with care, connect with community more fully, and soften more deeply into relationship with the earth.

Designed as a collective moment of recalibration within the wider pulse of Shambala, Somanaut supports you to anchor into a felt sense of inner wholeness.
This is an invitation to land back home in the body – resilient, present and safe.

No previous experience needed, only a willingness to explore.
