A stalwart of Europe’s electronic underground for over a decade, James has been crafting razor-sharp electro with weighty basslines and deft melodic flair since 2015. Following a storming set at Shambala 2025, he returns with the same genre-hopping wizardry that’s won him deep respect across the scene.

His breakout EP drew major attention, earning support from UK electro heavyweights including Bicep, who invited him to join their Feel My Bicep imprint for a remix and the acclaimed Signs EP. Across releases for Analogical Force, Craigie Knowes, Feel My Bicep and 20/20 Vision, James has dived into the melodic edges of braindance, electro, breakbeat and rave – delivering standout EPs such as Meteor, Supernova, Reverie, Darkroom and On & On.

His tracks have become staples in the sets of artists as varied as Helena Hauff, Jamie xx, Ross From Friends, Etapp Kyle, Setaoc Mass and Sasha. His 2018 debut album Vital Heat showcased his expansive range, moving fluidly from contemplative piano pieces to full-throttle breakbeat explorations.
