Led by Pepa Ubera, this improvisation workshop explores movement through guided scores, sensory awareness, and group improvisation. The session moves between individual exploration and collective structures that support participants in developing attention, listening, and responsiveness through movement.

Pepa will share a series of improvisation scores developed through her project The Machine of Horizontal Dreams. Through these scores, participants will experiment with different dynamics of attention, rhythm, and spatial awareness.

The workshop also invites participants to play with shared ownership within the dance, embodying leading, following, supporting, and letting go. Curiosity, experimentation, and pleasure are central to the session, allowing improvisation to emerge as a collective, imaginative, and exploratory practice.

Open to all – no dance experience required.
