Tao Yin Arts teaches practical Taoist health arts rooted in traditional Tai Chi practice. This year at Shambala, we’ll be running fast‑paced Tai Chi workshops that offer an accessible introduction to both the health and martial aspects of the art.

Sessions will explore breathwork, grounding, whole‑body movement, posture and alignment, gentle strength and flexibility, and the fundamentals of energy flow within Taoist practice. If time allows, we may also introduce light, soft martial applications.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what Tai Chi really is, its Taoist foundations, and how it can be applied practically to everyday modern life.
