To apply for a PA ticket, a space in the ACA, or any other accessibility service, you will need to fill out an application form by 1st July 2026. All information will be kept in compliance with the Data Protection Act. When you apply you will be added to our mailing list to receive information and updates about accessibility at Shambala.
Please note that we cannot guarantee facilities to anyone who applies after 1st July, as the accessibility team needs time to plan and book the necessary facilities, in line with wider festival planning.
Please be aware that the accessibility coordinator works for Shambala part time, and will not be able to process applications or respond to emails immediately.
The ACA is for use by people who are disabled under the terms of the Equality Act 2010. Temporary injuries and pregnancy are not regarded as disability. If you are not sure whether the ACA is the place for you, please email us on accessibility@shambalafestival.org and we will try to advise you.
