Shambala Crew Coach Initiative
In 2024, our crew carbon footprint dropped as more of you lot came on our crew coaches or car-shared!
Arriving by coach creates just a quarter of the emissions of coming by car, so this year we’re offering the opportunity to come to Shambala via crew coach again! Our crew coaches provide a low-emission and stress-free travel option, allowing you to connect with fellow crew members along the way.

Please note: Ticket sales will end on 10am Mon 11th August, so please be sure to book in advance of this date to avoid disappointment as spaces are very limited!
Departure Locations: Bristol and London
Bristol: Canons Way, Bristol, BS1 5LL (Millennium Square, Millennium Car Park)
London: Greenline Coach Station, Bulleid Way, Victoria, London SW1W 9SH
Coaches DEPART on Wednesday, August 20th at 14:00.
Coaches RETURN on Monday, August 25th at 11:45.
Information
Your booking confirmation will have been sent from TheTicketSellers our sole booking agent, but please note your e-tickets for the coach will be delivered by our coach travel partner Tuned In Travel. You can expect these tickets to arrive approximately 72 hrs in advance of departure. You will need your Tuned In Travel coach tickets when boarding the coach. These will be scanned at the departure point and you will be issued a coach journey wristband. Please keep this wristband on all weekend and show when getting on your return coach.
It is expected that Shambala Crew Coach travellers will be able to carry all their luggage personally. Luggage space is limited, and our coach stewards will refuse excessive baggage. Please pack sensibly – no trolleys, wheelbarrows, prohibited items, slabs of beer, bikes, kitchen sinks etc! At the discretion of coach staff and stewards you may be asked to leave luggage behind.
Arrival to Site
We have a dedicated entry gate just for our coach travellers.
Return Information
All return coaches depart from the Coach Park. This is accessed via Green Gate and will be the same place you disembarked upon arrival.
Please be on time for your departure and ensure you have your coach wristband. It is your responsibility to make the prompt departure time supplied. No alternative travel arrangements, nor refunds, will be available.
Boarding will commence 15 minutes before departure.
