This yoga workshop offers a space for regeneration and healing, embodying the cycle of the seasons through breath, body and deep rest. We will move from Spring to Winter, starting with gentle movement and breath work and closing with a journey into the magical lands of yoga nidra or ‘yogic sleep’. This practice invites you into a liminal space between an awakened and sleeping state, which has the potential to reawaken your innate capacity for deep healing and creativity.
Your facilitator will be Leni, a queer, trans non-binary yoga facilitator and community worker based in Bristol. This session is gender-expansive (welcome to all genders), consent-led, trauma-informed and facilitated through the lens of anti-oppressive practice.
