Calling all those with womb confusion – the outsiders, healers and survivors who want to inhabit their lower body without the traditional expectations of biology or gender. A sanctuary for the womb misfits.

Whether you’ve lost your womb, never had a womb, are in (peri)menopause, struggled with infertility, hate your womb, wish it was gone or wondered ‘what is this even for?’, join the womb misfits and gather for an inclusive circle and yoga practice together.

Our practice will bring together yoga working with the lower chakras to work through a practice with the lower energies of the body while moving away from the functional that can feel so triggering to anyone who is/feels like a womb misfit.

Led by Grace (she/they), a queer and disabled yoga teacher who lost their own womb following womb cancer. Grace wanted to create a space to gather for those who find themselves outside or perhaps othered by womb-focussed or ‘women’s’ spaces whether due to hysterectomy, child-free, child-less, queerness or dysphoria.

I teach in an adaptive, inclusive style. The practice will be slow to medium-paced with much of it seated and on all fours. I can offer a chair-based variation if needed.
