Zarah Sultana is the Independent MP for Coventry South, first elected in 2019 and re-elected in 2024. A co-founder of Your Party, a new socialist movement for equality and justice, she fights for workers’ rights, climate action and Palestinian liberation.

In Parliament, Zarah has led campaigns for universal free school meals, to ban MPs from holding second jobs and to end arms sales to regimes that violate human rights. She’s driven by a simple belief: politics should serve the people, not the powerful.
