As ever, tickets will be released in tiers – so the earlier you book, the more you save!
We’ve also got a bumper crop of updates for 2026, including a brand new ethical ticket agent, flexible payment plans, cheaper tickets for families and young folks, and the introduction of Elders tickets for our golden-age gang.
We’ve also added more camper van pitches, tweaked our green travel discounts, and made some important policy changes you’ll want to get your head round before launch day.

Meet Our New Ethical Ticket Agent: Humanitix
We’re buzzing to announce that we’ve partnered with Humanitix – a ticketing platform for good.
Instead of lining shareholders’ pockets, 100% of their profits from booking fees go to charity – providing access to education, healthcare and life’s basic necessities to millions of humans across the world.
So far, Humanitix has turned over £8.5 million in booking fees into real-world impact, and we’re chuffed to now be part of that ripple of goodness.
We also think you’ll love how smooth and simple their platform is. Easier booking, better vibes and a force for good? It’s a no-brainer!
New Flexible Payment Plans to Help Spread the Cost
We know the world’s feeling expensive right now and understand that lots of folks are feeling the pinch. So, we’re making it easier than ever to split the cost of your tickets.
When you book, you’ll be able to choose from:
– A 3-part plan
– A 5-part plan
– Monthly payments – spread from the date of booking right up until 6th July 2026 (minimum 2-month term)
These plans are set up based on your total order, with payments automatically debited on your chosen schedule.
Feeling flush? You can pay off your balance early at any time via the ‘Manage Order’ link in your Humanitix confirmation email.
All payment plans must be completed by Monday 6th July 2026. Missed or failed payments after this date may result in cancellation – we’ve got to keep the show on the road, after all.
Heads up: payment plans won’t apply to third-party extras like pre-pitched camping, spa or sauna passes (which will be available as add-ons at a later date).
Affordable Ticket Types for Families, Young Folks & Elders
We’re doing our best to keep Shambala affordable for all. Whether you’re raising kids, saving for uni or rocking retirement, we’ve got your back.
That’s why for 2026:
– Child & Teen ticket prices are dropping by over 20%
– Under 5s still go free (with a valid ticket and guardian)
– Young Adult tickets (18-25s) are back, now reduced to £195!
– New for 2026, we’re proud to introduce a dedicated Elders Ticket for Shambalans aged 70+, also priced at £195!
Simplified Green Traveller Discounts
Fancy shaving some carbon and cash off your trip?
Book an Adult Weekend Green Traveller ticket alongside one of the following low-impact travel options, and you’ll unlock a tidy discount of £40:
– Rail Station Shuttle Bus
– A Shambala Express Coach from London, Bristol, Brighton, Manchester, Sheffield or Birmingham
– A Red Fox Cycling tour from London or Bristol
The discount will be applied automatically at checkout, ensuring that all Green Traveller tickets get locked in at our lowest Adult Weekend Tier 1 price – easy peasy!
More Camper Van Pitches for 2026!
You spoke, we listened. We’ve significantly increased the number of camper van pitches available for 2026!
We anticipate demand is likely to remain sky-high for these pitches, so if you’re keen to bring your home-on-wheels, we’d still recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
An Important Update To Our Refund Policy
In previous years, we’ve offered refunds for any reason up to four weeks before the event – a unicorn-rare policy in the festival world.
Sadly, this has become unsustainable and continuing to do so could jeopardise the financial viability of the entire event.
So, from 2026, we’re moving to a no-refunds policy to safeguard the future of Shambala.
That said, we completely understand that life happens and plans change, which is why we’re putting a new alternative in place:
Ethical Resale via Humanitix
Humanitix will operate our official resale platform. If you find you can no longer attend, you’ll be able to list your ticket for resale safely and securely on the platform at face value – no more, no less. We’ll open the resale platform in the new year, so you’ll just need to hang tight until then.
Pay It Forwards: Share The Love
A quick reminder that you can donate to our Pay It Forwards: Share The Love scheme when buying your ticket.
Every penny goes toward full access packages (ticket, travel, food, camping) for people on low incomes who otherwise couldn’t attend. In 2025, your donations raised a record-breaking £19,000 – you absolute legends!
You’ll see the donation option at checkout – no pressure, but every quid counts.
