Ticket FAQs
We only sell full weekend tickets. There are no single-day passes available. You must purchase a full weekend ticket but you can choose to arrive at the festival on any day.
To encourage sustainable travel to and from Shambala, we offer a £40 Green Traveller Discount on Adult Weekend Tickets.
How it works
To qualify for the discount, you’ll need to:
- Add a Green Traveller Adult Weekend Ticket to your order.
- Add one of our official low-impact travel options to the same order:
- Shambala Express Coach
- Rail Station Shuttle Bus (for those arriving by train)
- Red Fox Cycling Tour
When all required items are added to your basket, the discount will apply automatically.
Your Green Traveller ticket is only valid if you arrive using your chosen travel option.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry, or a surcharge applied at the gate.
Proof of Travel
You’ll need to show evidence of your low-impact journey when you arrive:
- Rail Traveller: Present a valid train ticket to Market Harborough or Long Buckby for the same day as your festival entry.
- Shambala Express Coach: Arrive on an official Shambala Express Coach.
Red Fox Cycling Tour: Arrive as part of an official Red Fox Cycling group.
Please note:
All ticket holders travelling by rail are responsible for their own train travel arrangements. Shambala Festival cannot accept liability for any delays or disruptions to your journey.
Yes, during checkout, you can purchase multiple tickets of any type for your friends. When prompted, please ensure you enter your friends’ names on each ticket where required.
You may be requested to show ID to verify that you are the owner of that ticket. Your name must match that on the ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable as per the event terms and conditions.
Humanitix will operate our official resale platform. If you find you can no longer attend, you’ll be able to list your ticket for resale safely and securely on the platform at face value – no more, no less. We’ll open the resale platform in the new year, so you’ll just need to hang tight until then.
Yes, general camping is included in your ticket price. You will need to bring your own camping equipment.
If you’d like a little more comfort and convenience during your stay, you can upgrade to our Dragonfly Camping Fields from £45 per adult.
Your entry ticket includes access to the festival for its full duration, access to all the programming and general camping and facilities.
Many workshops are included in your ticket price, but some of the craft workshops with extra materials incur an extra cost, as do activities like SUP Yoga, BUMP Roller Disco and the Spa/Sauna.
Tickets will be released by the festival in early August. Please check your email and festival socials for any updates.
You do not need access to your tickets to resell your ticket or action a name change. This can be done via the manage order button on your Humanitix order confirmation email you received after your purchase.
If the festival is not sold out, tickets will be available to buy at the gate, but we recommend buying in advance to secure your ticket for the best price.
The name on your ticket needs to match your ID on entry.
If there is a change of personal details subsequent to ticket purchase, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to update their details with the ticket agent, Humanitix, via bookings@humanitix.com
We work hard every year to keep Shambala as affordable and accessible as possible – but like many events, our production costs continue to rise.

This year, Adult ticket prices have increased by just £6 – the absolute minimum needed to continue delivering the independent, diverse and magical festival you know and love.

That said, we’re also making big strides to support families and a wider range of our community:

Child and Teen tickets have been reduced by over 20%
Under 5s still go free (with a valid ticket and accompanying guardian)
Young Adult tickets (18-25s) are still just £195
NEW for 2026: Elders Tickets (70+), also priced at £195
Yes, however, resale is currently not open.

Once open, resale can be actioned via the manage order button on your Humanitix order confirmation email.
Only tickets purchased through Humanitix are guaranteed for entry.
No, Humanitix does not require you to create an account to purchase tickets. You can simply enter your name and email during your ticket purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email to the email address used for your purchase.
If you wish to purchase additional tickets, you can just make a new order via the tickets page.
Note: Tickets will be made available closer to the event date. Keep an eye out for your emails and social media from the festival with further updates.
