If you’ve already bagged your spot, we salute you – now you can pop the kettle on, settle in and start planning the biggest weekend of the summer…
Music, music and more music!
Our incredible music team and venue curators have smashed it out the park once again. From art-pop to filthy drum & bass, future ghetto funk to rowdy jazz-punk, ours is a line-up unlike any other festival in the land.
Joining the likes of Digable Planets, Hak Baker, Fat Dog, Moonchild Sanelly, DJ Yoda, Grace Petrie, Daraa Tribes, Freestylers vs. Dub Pistols, My Baby and Asian Dub Foundation, we’ve just added HUNDREDS of fresh names to the bill.
From Lady Shaka to Twat Union, LCN, Faris Ishaq, Project Smok, Goblin Band, and even a Disney Princess Rave Extravaganza the list is now full to bursting with genre-smashing sounds to wiggle your toes/butts/hearts/souls to. Check out the whole lot here, or…

…and there’s so much more to be discovered
As any seasoned Shambalan will tell you, there’s a whole world to discover beyond the music stages. From workshops and talks to games, debates, and downright delightful nonsense, the sheer volume of goings-on is pretty mind-blowing for a festival our size (even if we do say so ourselves..)
Or, as 1883 Magazine recently put it: “Shambala isn’t just another weekend of music and mayhem, it’s a radical reimagining of what festivals can be”.
Here’s what else we’ve got cooking…
Workshops & participation:
Shambala has always been about getting stuck in – and this year’s workshop programme is a delectable buffet of participatory brilliance.
Alongside legendary staples like Power Ballad Yoga, Cock Drawing Club, Shambolympics, and the famous Saturday Night Carnival, you’ll find gems such as Tia’s Twerkshop at Back A Yard, Happy Hardcore Aerobics at Compass Presents, Mini Mixers DJ Workshops at Hertz So Good, or Gin Infusing at the Random Workshops tent…

Performances: Stirring, spectacular… strange!
Prepare to be inspired, moved and occasionally a tad confused – in the best possible way.
We’re bringing you intimate spoken word with Lemn Sissay, Vanessa Kisuule and Jonny Fluffypunk, the joyful Touretteshero We Are Here! Cabaret and a healthy dose of satire and activism with Led By Donkeys. Elsewhere, you’ll find offbeat cabaret and puppetry with a twist, run into unpredictable walkabout theatre (top tip: Dogshow – think Boiler Room meets Crufts on a trip to space…) and stumble upon hidden artistic gems deep in the Enchanted Woods.
Oh and don’t sleep on our Sunday night finale – we won’t say too much for now, but prep your best “gasp!” face…
