Return coaches are available from Bristol, Brighton, London, Birmingham, Manchester and Sheffield.

All coaches and coach tickets are for departures on the Thursday of the event. All tickets include return travel on the Monday after the show.

Please check all the information below carefully. It is your responsibility to comply with terms of Shambala Express travel and be on time for your departures.

REMINDER:  If you have a Green Traveller Adult Weekend ticket you must come by Shambala Express coach, Red Fox cycle tour or Rail Station Shuttle Bus. Your discounted festival ticket will not be valid for entry if you do not arrive on a designated mode of transport. No ifs, no buts, no entry.

Your booking confirmation will have been sent from Humanatix, our sole booking agent, but please note your e-tickets for the Shambala Express will be delivered by our coach travel partner. You can expect these tickets to arrive in advance of departure, whilst all your other event e-tickets will be sent by Humanatix. You will need your coach tickets when boarding the coach. These will be scanned at the departure point and issued a Shambala Express wristband. Please keep this wristband on all weekend and show when getting on your return coach.

Please pack sensibly as luggage restrictions apply. You must be able to carry your luggage (see T&Cs for more info). The coaches have a limited storage space and weight capacity, stewards may require you to leave luggage behind. There are shops and good bars onsite where you can buy all you need.

Arrival to Site

We have a dedicated entry gate just for our coach travellers, to help you beat the queues. Please note there is no re-entry through this gate, so you must be able to carry all your belongings in one go.

Return Information

All return coaches depart from the Coach Park. This will be the same place you disembarked upon arrival.
Please be on time for your departure and ensure you have your coach wristband. Due to the large volume of coaches and passengers the departure time slots will be specific to a single destination. Do not miss your time slot for your destination! No alternative travel arrangements, nor refunds, will be available.
It is your responsibility to make the prompt departure times that will be published ahead of the event.
Boarding will commence 15 minutes before departure.
