‘Move Through the Body’ is about how you feel, not what you look like.

This workshop offers you space to connect and bring awareness to each part of your body: how it moves you; what sensations it brings; the physical and emotional feelings it stirs within you. Body scanning exercises will help reach into all the corners of our body, exploring and shaking it about to find our blocks and flows!

No set steps. No rights or wrongs. Just curiosity!

Your facilitator, Zoe Chen, is a lifelong dancer with a background in inclusive movement having worked with companies such as Anjali Dance Company and the Parasol Project. Zoe also has a foundation in Dance Movement Psychotherapy from Roehampton University.

No dance experience needed. All bodies welcome!
