What if every meal could become a moment of connection, gratitude and belonging?

In this interactive session, we’ll explore food as more than fuel – as a living relationship with the land, the seasons and the more-than-human world. Through playful reflection, storytelling, mapping the hidden journeys of our food and a shared food ritual, we’ll discover how everyday acts of eating can become meaningful practices of connection and care.

Expect conversation, sensory experience and simple ritual tools you can bring into daily life. You’ll leave with fresh perspectives on food, community and practical ways to weave more presence, reciprocity and ecological awareness into your meals.

Gabrielle Lobb is a cook, facilitator and activist drawn to the places where food, ritual and the natural world meet. She works with communities to reimagine everyday acts as opportunities for connection, care and transformation, and is currently developing a performance project inspired by Joanna Macy’s Council of All Beings. She can often be found cooking nourishing meals and weaving rituals at events and retreats, in kitchens and over open fires.
