Each session is held as a gentle, nourishing journey rather than a performance. We begin by creating a grounded, welcoming container — inviting people to arrive, settle, and feel safe in their bodies. I then guide a short Yoga Nidra–inspired practice, helping participants soften and open to receive sound more deeply. From there, we move into an immersive sound bath.
We work with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, large stationary gongs, handheld gongs (allowing us to move through the space), drums, chimes, and rattles, weaving sound in layers that invite rest, re calibration, and embodied presence.
These sessions are especially suited to festival bodies — tired, open, sensitive, and in need of care. The intention is to support the body’s natural capacity to restore balance, harmonize internal systems, and gently reconnect with our innate rhythms and our belonging with nature.
Participants will be invited to rest on the ground, within the natural capacity of the workshop tent with the possibility to take it outside.
