Ultimate Shambala Package Giveaway: Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter: The promoter is Kambe Events Limited, Unit 6, Parkway Trading Estate, St Werburgh’s Rd, St Werburgh’s, Bristol BS2 9PG (“the Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility & Entry Window: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. The promotional period runs from 00:01 on Tuesday 21st July 2026 to 23:59 on Friday 31st July 2026 inclusive. Ticket bookings made before 21st July 2026 are not eligible for entry into this draw.
  3. How to Enter:
    • Paid Route: Automatically enter by purchasing a minimum of two (2) Adult Weekend Tickets to Shambala 2026 within the Entry Window. Only tickets purchased through the official Shambala ticket page will be elegible. Tickets purchased via resale will not be elegible.
    • Free Entry Route: To enter for free, send a postcard with your full name, email address, phone number, and postal address to: Kambe Events Limited, Unit 6, Parkway Trading Estate, St Werburgh’s Rd, St Werburgh’s, Bristol BS2 9PG, FAO Shambala Competition Team. Free entries must be received by the Promoter by 17:00 on Friday 31st July 2026 to be counted. Only one entry per person is permitted via the free entry route.
  4. The Prize: One (1) winner will receive the “ultimate Shambala package” prize, with a total approximate retail value of £1,400. The package includes:
    • 1 x Vintents Luxury tent accommodation for two (2) people at Shambala 2026, with memory foam mattress, bedding, lighting and soft furnishings.
    • 2 x Dragonfly Camping Fields upgrade wristbands 
    • Side-of-stage viewing access for one (1) headline performance (subject to artist management approval, scheduling and safety capacity; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute this with an alternative experience if necessary).
    • 1 x meal voucher per person, per night of the festival (redeemable at participating food vendors).
    • 1 x Shambala 2026 Merchandise Bundle, including: 2 x Shambala 2026 T-shirts, 2 x Shambala 2026 printed programmes, 2 x pairs of Shambala Crew Sport Socks, 2 x Shambala/Nalgene Water Bottles, 2 x Shambala Yellow/Purple Camping Mugs and 2 x Shambala Sunshine Stickers
    • 2 x Adult Weekend Tickets to Shambala 2027 (26th-29th August 2027, Kelmarsh Hall and Gardens, Northampton NN6 9LY)
  5. Prize Exclusions: The prize does not include travel to and from the festival, vehicle parking passes, drinks, or any other personal expenses.
  6. No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. The Shambala 2027 tickets cannot be redeemed against or refunded for 2026 ticket purchases.
  7. The Draw & Winner Notification:
    • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Monday 3rd August 2026 using a random number generator.
    • The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their booking (or provided on their free entry postcard).
  8. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to claim and accept their prize by 23:59 on Friday 7th August 2026. If the winner does not respond by this deadline, or is unable to comply with these terms, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a runner-up winner at random.
  9. Prize Fulfilment and Delivery:
    • Vintents Luxury Tent: The tent will be pre-pitched, ready, and waiting in the Dragonfly Camping Field. The winner can check-in directly at the Dragonfly Field campsite reception, where the booking will be held under their name. Please note: The tent is fixed in this location and cannot be moved to any other campsite on the festival grounds.
    • Dragonfly Camping Wristbands will not be posted. They must be collected on-site at the Dragonfly Camping Field Accreditation Point, where they will be held under the winner’s name. 
    • Merchandise Bundle: The winner must provide a valid UK postal address upon claiming their prize. The merchandise bundle will be posted to this address free of charge within 7 days of the prize being claimed. If address details are not provided promptly, the Promoter cannot guarantee pre-festival delivery. 
    • Food Vouchers: Meal vouchers must be collected on-site at the festival from an agreed location at a pre-arranged time.
    • Side-of-Stage Access: The winner must submit their preferred headliner performance request to the Promoter at least 14 days prior to the festival. The Promoter will coordinate the timing and meeting point for this experience. Access is strictly subject to artist approval, scheduling and stage safety limits on the night.
    • Shambala 2027 Festival Tickets: The two (2) Adult Weekend Tickets for Shambala 2027 will be issued digitally to the winner’s registered email address in August 2027.
  10. Cancellation & Liability: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted due to technical issues.
  11. Data Protection: By entering, you agree that the Promoter may process your personal data for the administration of this competition in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  12. Governing Law: This competition and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
