Anna Mae’s Mac N Cheese

Anna Mae’s started out in 2010 with just a table, a pan and a belly full of chutzpah, becoming the first to bring Mac n Cheese to the people! 

Anna Mae’s use organic milk from British farms, as well as organic cheese made by a family farm. The pasta is sourced from a cooperative and the herbs used are organic and grown by a local co-op. 

The number of ingredients used in the recipes is minimal, to keep food quality high while reducing the amount of waste created. The way the meals are cooked and the types of produce used ensures zero food waste at the end of festival!
