Thai cuisine is full of fresh produce and bold flavours but is often not suitable for those who follow a plant-based diet. Chim Chim are committed to providing the authentic, bold flavours that Thai food is well known for but without the use of animal products.
They aim to stay true to traditional Thai flavours whilst also showcasing local produce – sourcing their vegetables from Norfolk based farms to reduce their carbon footprint.
