Los Churros Amigos

Los Churros Amigos started making fresh vegan churros at festivals in 2012, and they’ve been lugging 20kg bags of flour round the country ever since. In their recipe it is the flour itself that does the heavy lifting, and they use an organic flour from ‘the home of regenerative organic flour’, Shipton Mill, which happens to be just an hour down the road from Los Churros HQ.

They serve delicious churros alongside a vegan Belgian chocolate dip. This is a completely dairy-free rice compound chocolate, that is perfect for melting down in large quantities, and makes for a silky and smooth dip. So if you’re looking for dessert – come and find them. Theirs’ll be the stall covered in sugar, selling buckets of 36 churros… (smaller portions are available!).
