Once In A Blue Moon Cafe is a nomadic festival venue, chill-out and wellbeing space, with comfortable seating, low tables, cosy carpets and candle-lit lanterns to make you feel right at home.
They serve a diverse menu all day and late into the night, using delicious organic and locally grown ingredients. Step inside to discover plant-based adaptations of cuisine from around the world, indulgent cheese toasties, exquisite cakes and last but not least the famous choco-coconut chai!
At Shambala 2025 they’ll be looking to reduce their carbon footprint further and use many of the same wonderful suppliers as last year: Essential, Wild & Furrow for their delicious oat milk (made just up the road!), Riverford Farm, Stanford Hall for local salad leaves, Caws Teifi’s famous ‘Shalloumi’ and many more independent and ethical producers and wholesalers.
