Using the sacred method developed and passed down by Taoists, and embodied in the practices of Tai Chi and Qigong, we will take time to really ‘be’ in our body.
Our body energy (or Qi) flows due to polarity, or Yin/Yang, mental focus and slow movement. Slowing down we can start to notice the subtle way that our Qi communicates to us guiding us to find the sources of tension. With breath, movement and intention we begin to unwind. As the mind becomes still and the energy full, we feel pleasantly connected … peaceful.
