Whether you’ve been bleeding for decades, just started, or you’re navigating peri-menopause, this is your chance to be seen, heard, and better understood.
Bring your partner, best mate, mum, lover, or that shimmering stranger you met under the disco ball at 3am in the Pleasure Palace who gifted you the chilli out of their Shambala Sunrise for your magnificent hat – this workshop is for pairs. One of you with a cycle (in any form), and one of you with or without. We’ll guide you through an honest, occasionally hilarious, often powerful conversation about what it really means to live in a cycling body.
This is about understanding – the hormone highs, the strange cravings, the tender pre-bleed vulnerability, the days where touching your own skin feels too loud, and the ones where ovulation is giving you Beyoncé energy.
Let’s create space to speak, reflect and be witnessed.
What do you go through each month? What helps? What doesn’t? What do you wish they knew? And for the non-cycler: what’s it like to be alongside it? To want to help and not know how? To listen, to support, to be part of the rhythm?
This is a facilitated space for empathy, laughter, deep listening and “Ohhhhhh, now I get it” moments. Expect real talk, connection, and the kind of understanding that doesn’t fade when the festival ends.
This workshop is hosted by Daisy Moon, founder of the @redpagesbookclub.
