Warrior Queen is a multi-talented singer, songwriter & DJ born in Kingston Jamaica, who has worked with everyone from Penthouse music in Jamaica to Sunship in the UK.
She produces her own music as well as collaborating on multiple tracks, including the renowned ‘Poison Dart’ with The Bug, which was released on Ninja Tune. She has also made music with Skream, The Heatwave, Dub Gabriel, Lee scratch Perry, OBF, Selecta J-Man… the list really does go on!
After a 10 year hiatus from performing in the UK, The Queen made tracks with Mungo’s Hi Fi and No Ice Cream Sound, and set a tour for summer 2025 in the UK. And guess what? She’s gracing Back A Yard with one of those dates!
