As ever, entry tickets are £20 cheaper if you choose one of our travel packages, as a thank you to choosing to travel sustainably (and helping us to hammer down our remaining carbon footprint – 90% of which is audience travel!)

🚂 Our new Rail Traveller Packages allow you to come from anywhere in the country by train, to either Market Harborough or Long Buckby train stations. We’ll scoop you up via shuttle bus from there and ferry you to site where you’ll need to present a used, valid train ticket at the gate.
As ever, you MUST arrive by the transport type specified in your travel package, for your ticket to be valid for entry. You can dig into the T&Cs around that, here.
SPLIT THE COST OF YOUR TICKET BETWEEN NOW AND JUNE 2023..
If you’d rather spread the cost of your tickets into more manageable chunks, instalment plans are available on all types of adult tickets at all tiers and including all Red Fox Cyclist, Rail Traveller and Shambala Express ticket packages.
An initial down payment is required that includes all booking fees, followed by 3 further payments on the 1st of February, 5th April and 7th of June 2023.
Instalment plans are automated. You buy the initial ticket with future payments deducted from your nominated account on the specified dates. You must keep your card and email details up to date in your The TicketSellers account. It is your responsibility to validate the email@example.com send address in your email account so you receive notifications and they don’t fall foul of your spam settings.
Please note that instalment tickets are the only ticket type which are non-refundable (all other ticket types are refundable up to 4 weeks before the festival).
A LITTLE NOTE ON RECYCLING BONDS…
We have increased the cost of the returnable recycling deposit this year to £20 per order.
This is to encourage more people to engage with this system and bring their recycling back to the exchanges. However, unlike a lot of events, our deposit is per order, not per adult ticket, so you’ll only pay one £20 deposit, no matter how many tickets are in your order, and your group only have to return one bag of rubbish between you, at the end of the event, to be able to reclaim your deposit (or a goodie bag of festival merch, whilst stocks last).
We’ll also ensure our Recycling Exchange points and their opening hours are super clearly advertised, so everybody knows where (and when) to drop off their recycling.
…AND A LITTLE NOTE ON CAMPER VAN PASSES…
This year, we’re doing away with the ‘blue’ or ‘yellow’ campervan passes we’ve historically offered, and simplifying things somewhat. We’ll be offering 4 campervan pass types:
- Family Camper Van Pitch (a 6m x 7m pitch, which will be located near the family area and family facilities)
- Large Family Camper Van Pitch (a 6m x 10m pitch, for larger vans, which will be located near the family area and family facilities)
- Regular Camper Van Pitch (a 6m x 7m pitch)
- Large Camper Van Pitch (a 6m x 10m pitch, for larger vans)
